The cost of living is less than you will find in either New York City or San Francisco, but depending on your income, you may want to look into a roommate or into living outside of the city’s boundaries.

There is a pretty agreeable growth of jobs, however, and there is absolutely no denying the fact that the city is very culturally diverse. There is plenty of nightlife too, and the coolness factor fulfills an enviable niche.
