Now that we have touched on all of the aspects on making the perfect open house, the final part is making sure that you advertise your open house.  Ensuring that you get the word out there about your open house is something that is not going to be easy – people are resistant to open houses and they do not think that they are going to do anything to sway their decision.  To me?  I would love to see the inside of the house before I buy it, but some people do not feel the same.

You truly need to make sure that you are using all of your resources to get the word out there about your open house, which includes newspaper, online and even a newsletter out to any prospective buyers that might be looking for a house just like the one that you are having an open house for!

Having an open house is something that is going to be difficult, but I can promise you that it is going to be worth it in the end – you will sell the house and people will appreciate the fact that you had an open house!
