tenants 5Finally, a good landlord has absolutely got to take care of his or her property. You cannot expect your tenants to take good care of your property if you do not bother to put forth any effort either. If they see that you really do want them to live in a place that is cared for and clean, they will respond in kind — and the odds are good that your neighbors will as well.
