<p>When you are touring, do not go alone.  Always make sure that the person that you are going to live with goes with you and maybe even your real estate agent – for they will be able to point things out to you.  You also want to make sure that you look for certain things.</p>
<p>For example, children walking with their parents or playing is always a really good sign, for it means that the neighborhood is really safe.</p>
